Another game, another bunch of
homeruns by the White Sox against the Cubs, this time five in total, three
courtesy of Jose Abreu. For you fans out
there keeping count, that’s 27 long balls over seven games, a MLB record.
This can’t go one forever, at
least I don’t think it can. But let the
middle of the lineup keep doing what it’s supposed to be doing, with everybody
else getting on base to score ahead of the latest blast. How nice for a change to see the North Side
team in disarray, flaying away helplessly.
